1. The service
PostGiraffe is an internal tool for scheduling and publishing content to social media accounts. It is operated for the operator's own websites and brands and is not offered to the public. There is no public registration.
2. Who may use it
Only the operator and people explicitly authorized by the operator may use PostGiraffe, and only with social media accounts they own or are authorized to manage.
3. Platform rules
All content published through PostGiraffe must comply with the terms and policies of the respective platform, including the Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Terms of Service, YouTube Terms of Service and Pinterest Terms of Service. Each platform can limit or revoke access at any time.
4. Content
Users are responsible for the content they publish and must hold the necessary rights to it. PostGiraffe does not claim ownership of any content.
5. Connected accounts
Accounts are connected through the platform's official authorization and can be disconnected at any time in PostGiraffe or in the platform's settings. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
PostGiraffe is provided "as is", without any guarantee of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Scheduled posts may fail or be delayed, for example when a platform changes its API.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use of PostGiraffe.
